Pearland Pickleball Park
A Community-Focused Indoor Facility Coming to Pearland, Texas
This 25,564 sq ft indoor pickleball park is set to become a year-round destination for active play and social connection. The design includes nine regulation courts—including two championship courts—along with event rooms, a mezzanine lounge, a pro shop, and a welcoming lobby. Every space is planned to support both competitive matches and casual drop-in games.
Our team worked alongside the client to refine their concept into a fully buildable set of construction documents. With permitting and coordination complete, the project is ready to move into the construction phase—bringing a new level of recreational access to the Pearland community.
