Step 1 — Schematic Design We start with your goals, your lot, and your budget in mind. Early concepts are presented as floor plans, elevations, and renderings so you can see the vision before committing to a direction.
Step 2 — Design Development Once you approve the schematic, we refine every detail — windows, doors, materials, room dimensions, ceiling heights. This phase is where your home truly takes shape on paper.
Step 3 — Construction Documents The final drawing package your contractor builds from. Fully coordinated plans, sections, elevations, details, and specifications — permit-ready and built for the field.
Step 4 — Construction Support Questions come up on every job. We stay available throughout the build to clarify drawings, issue revisions, and make sure nothing gets lost in translation between the plans and the site.
